It’s our 3-step system that identifies all the jobs a particular Assistants/GPTs can handle with AI:

  1. Pick 1 of 600+ Assistants/GPTs that suits your needs
  2. Copy paste the Instructions
  3. Pick Business Prompts that suit your needs and let AI do the work

This works by combining the database of Assistants/GPTs with the “Prompt Factory” (our prompt generator that identifies all the relevant Work Prompts.

This approach makes customization extremely simple as all the Assistants/GPTs are interchangeable and easily customizable.

What is an Assistant/GPTs ?

It’s a way of making ChatGPT (or any other Large Language Model) take on the personality of a specific person. There are other terms that express the same concept such as Persona, Chracter, System Prompt or Role. They all express the same concept but we decided to go with “Assistant” as this is the term OpenAI decided to use.

Our Assistants/GPTs are made up of 24 building blocks that allow for easy customization.

What Do They Do:

By defining the context surrounding every Assistant/GPT clearly, users can greatly improve the relevancy and usefulness of ChatGPT's responses to their prompts.

What is a building block?

We refer to each attribute within the various Assistants/GPTs as a building block (e.g. “Profession/Role” or “Response Format”). This term is particularly fitting because you can mix and match these as you desire.

Now, in order for you to customize the custom instructions it can be really helpful to understand what all of these building blocks are meant to accomplish.

Part 1: What would you like ChatGPT to know about you to provide better responses?

Profession/Role: Detailed description of the user's profession, role, or the context in which they will be using ChatGPT.

Current Projects/Challenges: Information about the user's ongoing projects or challenges they are currently facing.

Specific Interests: Areas within their field that particularly interest them.

Values and Principles: Key principles or values that guide their work.

Learning Style: The user's preferred style of learning or processing new information.
